STE is an expert in safely working on heights. As a specialized trainings institute we provide:

• Competence assessment and advice
• Inspections and Consultancy

For our coordination work we are always looking for experienced scaffolding coordinators (m/f). As independent inspection and advise office, besides safety and quality inspections we also perform quantity checks. Our coordinator are mainly hired for big projects within European construction, (petro)chemical industry, maritime industry and offshore industry.

Among other things your primary tasks and responsibilities will be:

• On a daily basis checking and managing all scaffolding activities for a construction group.
• Checking if the scaffolds are safe and ready to enter
• Performing a decent “start work analysis” with every issued permit
• Keeping in contact with internal and external parties
• Sending order confirmations to contractors
• Making decisions on work increase or reduction, by discussing with scope.
• Doing administrative prep for work increase or reduction
• Processing the administration for outstanding scaffolding constructions
• Preparing, checking and issuing permits
• Resolving technical mistakes
• Monitoring the agreed upon planning and the expected quality of the work, provided by the contractor

Job requirements

We work with different grade inspectors, however for all jobs the following requirements must be met:

• Have the competence level of an intermediate vocational education (MBO) regarding thinking, reading and writing
• Have a VCA VOL and a certificate of professional competence for Scaffolding Inspector
• Representable and enthusiastic
• Flexible, not a 09:00 to 17:00 mentality
• Master the Dutch and English language verbally and in writing
• Preferably you master another language
• Good communication skills and a real team player
• Knows MS-office
• B drivers licence
• Relevant working experience is preferred
