For our inspection work we are always looking for experienced Scaffolding Inspector (m/f). As independent inspection and advise office, besides safety and quality inspections we also perform quantity checks. Our Inspectors are mainly hired for big projects within European construction, (petro)chemical industry, maritime industry and offshore industry.

Among other things your primary tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Assessing the strength, stiffness and stability of standard scaffolding on the basis of drawings and when in order the releasing of the scaffolds
• Inspection of scaffold materials according to the current criteria and standards
• Inspecting and assessing the safety of scaffolding in all phases
• Indicating corrective measures
• Provide insight into corrective and / or replacement structural measures with sketches
• Legal and liability aspects of Scaffolding
• Coaching on the job to bring people and scaffolding to a qualitatively better and safer level
• Write reports and make recommendations

Job requirements

We work with different grade inspectors, however for all jobs the following requirements must be met:

• Have the competence level of an intermediate vocational education (MBO) regarding thinking, reading and writi
• Experience as scaffolding inspector or in a managerial function within Scaffolding
• Able to work independently from Scaffolding related companies
• Have a VCA VOL and a certificate of professional competence for Scaffolding Inspector
• Master the Dutch and English language verbally and in writing
• Preferably you master another language
• Good communication skills
• Knows MS-office
• B drivers licence
• Relevant working experience is preferred
